So my week has been...
More or less eventful.
I think.
Apart from getting sick and (not) studying for quizzes,
Yeah its been an eventful week.

Monday, last class at Studio Wu.
For a long long time.
Will miss everyone there.
Really.

Tuesday,
Self-training in school.
Was okay,
But started to feel sick after that.
Went home with a fever.

Wednesday,
Didn't actually have to go to school
(said mommy)
But went anyway.
(managed to skip the first 2 lectures tho)
Was supposed to go straight home after school
But my itchy butt told me to go meet Kailing and Sab at Far East for a bout of shopping.
Guess what?
Ended up spending $100 on t-shirts at ONE shop.
How dope am I, please.
Haha.
Arrived home at like 9.45?
Fever again.
Decided not to go to school the next day, even though there was a HPI test.

Thursday
Woke up dreaming I missed the HPI test
When it was actually only like 6am in the morning.
(My conscience makes me do funny things)
And yes, I'm the kind of girl who feels guilty for skipping school.
So I ended up going to school
And taking the HPI test.
(which wasn't that bad, actually)
And staying in school until 7 for lecture.

Friday
Today.
My throat still hurts like mad.
Went to school for 2 quizzes.
Screwed them both up, methinks.
Met up with Chesed and Vic for dinner

Then hung around parkway for a bit before heading home.

Itsumo-shinjite.blogspot.com finally has a new skin! Lol.
It's still under construction tho.
The other images that I spent hours photoshop-ing didn't turn how the way I wanted.
(Me and photoshop still don't get along very well)
Therefore here I am using Tan's old image as one of my own.

I spent hours on the html too okay!
Not that html is difficult,
It actually has a fairly manageable level of difficulty,
But that it was super disorganized and super time consuming.

I have to ask myself,
What is my favourite style in dance?
I have absolutely no idea.
I love Hip Hop.
But isn't that too general?
I find myself leaning towards House, Popping and Locking now.
But do i really like them enough to concentrate my all on them?
Bryan says I should expand my dance vocab,
To find a style I like and that I'm good at,
And to concentrate on it.
Of course, not neglecting other styles.
But to find one that I can perfect first.
Before going back to the other styles that I like but can't do as well.
That's gonna be hard huh.
Time to go learn from different different instructors
I know I love hip hop.
But which kind?
I'll have to find that out for myself.

Saturday was really demoralizing for me.

Yay.
I just submitted my first ever deviantART deviation.
So proud of myself.
Especially since I started a deviantART account in 2007 and haven't uploaded anything in it until now.

I'll definitely submit more.
But it'll have to depend on my mood, no?

Going to church every week is such a great comfort.
And such a difference from school.
In school, everyone speaks broken English.
Including the lecturers, of all people.
But in church the spoken English used is rather precise.
A pleasant change from listening to grammatically wrong English every other day of the week.
Which is probably the reason why my standard of spoken English is gradually decreasing.
That's rather disturbing to know, isn't it.

Another difference is that most people in church speak English.
Or rather, they tend to speak more English in church.
As compared to school, where most people speak Chinese.
Or have a tendency to add Chinese words/ sentences every so often.

Listening to grammatically correct English is sweet music to my ears.
Seriously.
The lecturers in TP's Applied Science School should seriously go for English lessons.
Another thing about TP is that even the printed English can be incorrect sometimes!
Sure, no one's perfect,
But at least make an effort to correct the English that is printed out for all to see!
Imagine what foreigners will think about Singapore's standard of English.

Okay I know my English isn't perfect.
But who says I'm not trying?
My resolution for this year is to speak proper English.
I can do it!

To not be late when meeting people.

'A' levels for some of my friends.
Graduation for some of my beloved seniors.
Moving on to year 2 for me and my friends.
Turning 18.
Celebrating a decade of friendship with Tanya.
Wow.
Sounds jam-packed full of excitement.
It's gonna be a good year.
